This challenging tour both in matters of technique and shape starts at the Waldschenke car park in San Maddalena/St. Magdalena – Ranui. First you follow trail no. 28 to Broglestal Valley until reaching the junction Mittagsscharte/Brogles Alm hut. Then you follow trail no. 29 to Weißbrunn via the Adolf Munkel Trail. Following the path with even more steeper curves you reach the Mittagsscharte on 2,597 m.
